Low melting fiber is spun with special modified low melting polyester and conventional polyester by special process to produce low melting polyester composite staple fiber with "skin core" structure. The outer layer is low melting polyester, and the core layer is conventional polyester. It can be heated and melted at lower temperature (110 ℃ ~ 190 ℃) to bond with other fibers. It is widely used in nonwovens industry.
